The Benedictine Sisters celebrated their annual Rite of Commissioning on Sunday, August 4th in Our Lady Queen of Peace Chapel. The Sisters received their ministry and a special blessing from Prioress Sister Beverly Raway for the coming year. The theme of the commissioning was based on the original artwork, “Women of the Desert,” by Joan Kloiber.
