Monastery Volunteers Honored

On April 9, the Sisters celebrated and thanked their lovely volunteers. We have more than 80 volunteers who have volunteered over 2,260 documented hours this past year, and who range in age from 16-90 plus. Mary Gallet and Sharon Strand received their five-year pins and Frank Mudrak earned his 10-year pin. We were entertained by the Deviled Eggs musical group which was led by a fun Elvis impersonator. We are blessed to have so many beautiful and giving people in our lives.

Sisters are in need of volunteers for their Monastery Books and Gifts store. Please contact Deb Castle for more information about this opportunity at

Special thank you to Kathy Noble and Mary Tanner, the volunteers who planned such a beautiful evening.
