Angels at 9:21 a.m.

by Sister Beverly Raway

Today is the first day of Fall, and in the Northland it came to us at 9:21 a.m. on September 22. A few days ago I noticed some leaves turning orange in the Angelus Garden, and planned a photo in my mind that I finally took a chance of getting today.

The Angel Gabriel stands watch, often unseen, but today framed in glowing colors. The angels in our lives are often unseen, unheralded. It is time for me, I realize, to recognize and give thanks more often.

Who are those angels in your life?

Gabriel
