In September of 2010 the Sister Claudia Riehl Living a Legacy Program was established to annually recognize employees from Benedictine Health System Participating Organizations who emulate Sister Claudia’s life and work as Director of Mission Integration at the BHS. Since 1991 Sister Claudia has provided leadership and service in the area of Mission Integration, serving on many Participating Organization governing boards, Catholic Health Association committees, and other special projects.
In March twenty-seven BHS individuals were recognized as the first recipients of the Sister Claudia Riehl Living a Legacy Program. These employees were selected from their facilities by a committee of their peers for this very special recognition from the BHS. Congratulations to them all!
