St. Scholastica Monastery Announces New Prioress

We are pleased to share that Sister Jeanne Ann Weber has been elected as the new Prioress of St. Scholastica Monastery.

A faithful member of our Benedictine community, Sister Jeanne Ann brings deep spiritual wisdom and decades of leadership experience, including 20 years as Director of Liturgy and the past four years as Subprioress. Her election reflects the Sisters’ trust in her commitment to Benedictine values and vision for the future.

“I am honored and humbled by the community’s confidence,” said Sister Jeanne Ann. “With God’s grace and the support of my Sisters, I look forward to continuing our shared journey of faith and service.”

The Sisters extend heartfelt gratitude to Sister Beverly Raway, who served as Prioress for the past 10 years with grace, dedication, and love.

A private installation ceremony for Sister Jeanne Ann will be held this August.

Please join us in praying for Sister Jeanne Ann as she begins this new chapter of leadership and service.
