Volunteer Appreciation Dinner

Monastery volunteers were honored by the Sisters of St. Scholastica Monastery Thursday, April 24, 2014, at the annual Volunteer Appreciation Dinner.  Sister Lisa Maurer announced that as a group the 64 volunteers had donated a total of 2726 hours in the previous year.

Kirsten Ryden who is coordinator of RSVP (Retired Seniors’ Volunteer Program) spoke about her program and noted that the Monastery’s volunteers through RSVP contributed 942 hours.
